| We
are small scale breeders of flat faced babies
located in the beautiful hills of the Ozarks. We
have been raising dogs for about seven years . I
am a recently retired hairdresser of more than
twenty years. We have raised three sons and am
now enjoying two grandchildren so far . We run a
small herd of cattle on the old family farm that
I grew up on. It is a life that we enjoy , even
though it is very hard work. We take great pride
in raising good quality dogs and cattle,
constantly striving to improve them both . I have
a personality of always taking on something that
is difficult , because I enjoy challenge and
ultimately success. I like hands on , and trust
few to monitor our dogs , as I know each ones
personality and what is normal behavior for
them. They are each one special in their own
way.
We have a good team of reproduction veternarians who help us with all phases of breeding and care. Our babies are raised in the house with us , so we can monitor and care for them very closely. They get lots of attention from the family and anyone who comes through my home to admire my dogs. Our kennel is actually part of our home on the lower level. I like for my dogs to be close to us. They have two large play yards to run in and swimming pools to play in in hot weather. They have the same heating and cooling that we have. The babies are raised in the sunroom with the mother until they are big enough to be weaned and go to their new homes. They are paper trained . If they happen to be here long enough to complete their vaccinations they are allowed to go outside in a playpen in nice weather. If you decide one of our puppies is right for you , We will also need to know if you are right for one of them ! They will need a good home environment along with adequate vet care, good quality food, lots of love and toys. |
